3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one 10jl account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Any false or misleading information submitted during registration or at any later point is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Account Security

Account Verification (KYC)

10jl does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits from accounts not in your name, or cryptocurrency. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
You may withdraw funds from your 10jl account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. 10jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take 1–2 business days. 10jl is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

General Bonus Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or display issues — 10jl will use available game server logs to determine the correct outcome.
